Prepare To Pass The COLLEGE COMPOSITION CLEP Exam!
The College Composition CLEP exam expects students to apply the necessary principles and conventions used in longer writing assignments, and have the ability to apply the rules of standard written English during the multiple-choice portion of the exam and in the development of the two writing assignments.
Knowledge and Skills: The student is required to analyze, argue, describe, think critically, synthesize, use proper English, recognize proper development of a topic, and evaluate sources. The exam has two separately timed sections. Section I contains 50 questions to be answered within 50 minutes. Section II consists of two separately scored essays to be answered within 70 minutes (total of 120 minutes).
